We had a lovely stay, enjoying the scrumptious breakfasts every morning and relaxing in the beautiful garden area. There were plenty of cozy corners to unwind and lots of seating options outside which was perfect for sunny afternoons. It would have been nice to have a walk-in shower in the room, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! 🌞

Delicious food and cozy stay
We stayed for 2 nights and had such a beautiful experience! Rooms were super comfy and warm. The highlight was seriously the food. Dinner was amazing. had a steak that was just bursting with flavor! Breakfast was equally impressive with fresh, local ingredients. The only thing was the restaurant got a bit crowded at times, but worth it.

We had a fantastic time at this place. The rain shower in our cozy room was like a blast from the past, I felt like a king. Not to mention the food, I ordered grilled cod that was so well cooked it changed my view on fish.

I spent two nights in the Standard Double Room at the Dolphin Inn. The location in the picturesque village of Thorpeness was perfect for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I particularly loved the little touches like chocolates left for us. Breakfast was a highlight with a good variety, including locally sourced options. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist. The courtyard garden added a lovely touch for relaxed meals. the shower arrangement in the bathroom could be improved. There wasn't a full shower in our room, only a bath, which might not suit everyone. at times, it felt a bit noisy due to the pub’s lively atmosphere, but it didn't disrupt our sleep too much. a delightful stay with fantastic food and ambiance, despite a few minor inconveniences.
